How do I track my order?

 

The Sew glo Boutique utilizes DHL to ensure clients receive their garment in a timely fashion. Once your garment is ready to go, you will receive a tracking number. Visit www.dhl.com and enter your tracking number in the entry box titled “Track Your Shipment”. 

 

What are my delivery options?

All garments are shipped via standard DHL shipping. If you would like to expedite your order simply select “Expedited Shipping” at checkout. The cost will be added to your subtotal. Please bear in mind this does not affect the time in which your garment is completed. 

How do I exchange an item?

Due to the fact, each garment is made just in time just for you,  the Sew glo Boutique does not issue refunds. In the event, you're not pleased with the fit of your garment, you still have some options. 

Option 1: Exchange your garment for an alternate size.

Option 2: Exchange your garment for another of equal or greater value (The difference must be paid before the new garment can be shipped).

Option 3: Exchange your garment for store credit in the form of a gift card for a later purchase.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and items must be unworn, free of damage, markings, perfume, scents & make-up with tags attached to be eligible. To begin the exchange process, email us at info@sewgloboutique.com. Place the phrase "Exchange",  order number, and exchange option (i.e. Exchange: Oder##### Option 1). 

The Bespoke process

After you have selected your garment and placed your order, work begins! Your individually curated fabric is cut or formed into the piece & size of your choosing. This normally takes between 2 - 4 weeks. After your garment is complete it is shipped to you via the shipping option you chose (standard or expedited). After your item is received you are free to slay about the day!

Do you provide International delivery?

The Sew glo Boutique gladly ships to clients around the globe. All orders over €150 are eligible for free shipping! Orders under €150 are subject to the shipping fees listed below - which will be applied at checkout. 

 

Germany: €8,00

EU: €18,00

Non-EU: €30,00

Switzerland: €30,00

USA: €38,00

The Sew glo Boutique offers a variety of payment methods for your security and convenience. If you’re unsure as to which method is right for you below is a brief explanation of available options. 

 

Pay Pal

PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money, or set up a merchant account.

 

Major Credit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express

 

Giro Pay

Giro pay offers secure payment using your bank card. Transfer money online safely, quickly, and easily: no problem with giropay. All you need is the PIN and TAN from your online banking account. The rest is done in no time with giropay - and as securely as if you were standing in the bank 

After selecting Giro Pay, 

  1. You will be then redirected to their bank's login page

  2. Your bank will display all transactional data

  3. Enter your account number, PIN, and either: remittance slip is sent to the customer for confirming the transaction, containing a TAN (transaction number). The customer enters this number to confirm the transaction.

  4. Sign the transaction digitally using a 2FA token (if their bank offers that service)

  5.  Bank authorizes transaction in real-time, deducting the amount directly from the consumer's account (if there is not enough balance, the transaction will be refused

  6. Sew glo Boutique receives real-time confirmation of the payment by the bank

  7. You are redirected back to the Sew glo Boutique website with a confirmation that the payment has been successful

 

Klarna

Klarna makes the ordering process quick and easy without additional registration.

Either you pay conveniently by invoice or you choose an alternative payment method, direct debit, or SOFORT transfer.

What is your return policy?

​Due to the fact that all garments are made just in time just for you, the Sew glo Boutique does not accept returns. We will gladly exchange your garment for another of equal or greater value. Follow the instructions under “How do I Exchange an item.” The Sew glo Boutique will notify you once your garment has been received. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
